Get your daily dose of dairy. Jon Vinikoor states that it is important to always get your daily amount of calcium. Whether you have to drink a glass of milk, take a supplement, or eat yogurt, it is important to get 200 milligrams each day. Calcium helps keep your bones strong, which is especially important if you are engaging in regular physical activities.
